No live stream

Cant open videos on my Ipad.
Why cant I find a live stream?? And I cant watch on my Ipad through my internet service provided even though I can get all the local news and 100 other channels with my paid subscription. Come on GMA, Let me watch live while I am getting ready for work! I havent seen an episode in months!!!
